Once the RSVPs are closed 3 days before the event date, if the game has not been cancelled then it means we are good to go! We will contact you for any changes or refunds if the date you signed up for is not going ahead.

If you made a mistake and need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible and we will see what we can do. If it is too close to the game date and you cannot find someone else to replace you, then unfortunately we will not be able to provide a refund. If a game has already been confirmed but someone needs to cancel, we will try to find someone else to fill the spot and do our best to still run the game. If that is not possible, we will contact you as soon as we find out about it.
